PAYMENT POLICIES & PROCEDURES
All prices are subject to HST.
Payment is due upon purchase of any pass or services at Núcleo Fitness Studios.
You will not be able to register for classes if there is no current or active pass on your account. This may prevent you from being able to attend classes.
We do not accept cash payments.
Payment options available at present include: Visa & Mastercard
Drop-in classes and privates expire after 12 months.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
There are no refunds or returns on purchases for class passes or private sessions.
A one time transfer of remaining classes to another client may be permitted upon request (not applicable to Memberships).
Cancellation policies are based on creating a fair situation for our teachers and students.
Booked classes maybe be cancelled up to eight hours prior to the start time without penalty.
Due to our unique boutique setting and limited class sizes, especially for ROW, should you not cancel out of a class in advance of this time window you will be charged for the class accordingly, in which either your account will be deducted a class from your pass, or a $20 +HST fee will be applied for unlimited pass holders.
Commitment to Membership is a minimum of 3 months when purchased at the regular price, and a minimum of 6 months when purchased on a promo or on sale.
Núcleo Monthly Auto-Renew Memberships may be cancelled at no charge after three months of use, with two weeks notice given (or after six months of use, when purchased on a promo or on sale.)
Cancellations prior to the minimum months are only permitted in exceptional circumstances. Should an exceptional situation occur in which you need to cancel your membership inside the minimum time period, a $50+HST fee will be charged to your card. If your membership was purchased during a promotion in which a certain period of time is offered free, that period of time will also be charged if the minimum commitment is discontinued early.
A class is deducted from your account or a $20 +HST applies to unlimited pass holders for no-shows and cancellations made after the early cancellation window closes (see above).
The Sunrise Program includes all of our early morning 6:00am, 7:00am, & 8:00am classes. These classes are considered pre-registered and you must be signed up by 6:00pm, 7:00pm, or 8:00pm, respectively, the evening prior. Class registration/cancellation window will CLOSE 12 hours in advance of class start time.
Should you not cancel a class prior to 6:00pm, 7:00pm, or 8:00pm, respectively, the evening before class, a class will be deducted from your pass or a $20 +HST fee will be applied to unlimited pass holders.
Privates may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. Should you not provide notice within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged in full for the session and your account will be charged accordingly.
Full payment is required to reserve/confirm a spot in a program, workshop or event.
No refunds/cancellations will be issued within 48 hours of a program start date.
For all cancellations made in advance of 48 hours from start date, a 15% administration fee will apply. Exceptions are made if the refund request is made to your account for future use at the studio - in this case a refund will be issue in full, no fee.
Cancellations for Programs cannot be made online - please contact us if this is required.
