Núcleo Monthly Memberships are designed to encourage regular participation in a variety of classes and to support your health and wellness goals by creating options that are fairly priced, while still offering top quality instruction and personalized care in a boutique studio setting.

monthly investment and member benefits

• If there are some months where you can come more, top ups will be available to you at the same price that your membership offers - $22 per top up for 8 class monthly members
• UNLIMITED members will receive a 10% discount on PRIVATE REFORMER sessions

commitment

The contract engagement period for Memberships is 12 months. Known as an Auto-Pay Schedule, 12 payments will be set up to run automatically on your account, processed through your preferred credit card (Visa or MC) via our software system, MindBody Online (see Privacy Policy for data protection details). .

The minimum contract commitment period is 3 months (except in the case of promotions - memberships purchased on sale will have a minimum 6 month comittment; please review the Terms & Conditions and Policy information below for more details.

terms & conditions

• This Membership contract consists of recurring automatic monthly withdrawals from your credit card.
• A minimum 3-month commitment is required to access membership pricing and benefits, your payment schedule will be in 12 month increments.
• Memberships and payment schedule will renew automatically every 12 months.
• Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Temporary holds/suspensions may be made on your Membership two times annually for no longer than eight weeks (in total in the year) for the purposes of accommodating a lengthy vacation or due to a lengthy illness/injury
• Should a default occur on an Auto Payment, a $10+HST Fee will be applied after 5 business days, if not reconciled.

cancellation policy

Commitment to Membership is a minimum of 3 months  (and 6 months when a membership is purchased at a discounted promotional price).

Cancellations prior to 3 months are only permitted in exceptional circumstances. Should an exceptional situation occur in which you need to cancel your membership within the first 3 month window, a $50+HST fee will be charged to your card.

If your membership was purchased during a promotion in which a certain period of time is offered free or at a discounted price, that period of time will also be charged if the 6 month commitment is discontinued early.

holds/suspension policy

As stated above, temporary suspensions may be made to Memberships two times annually for no longer than 8 weeks in total in the year.

Please give at least 7 days notice via email in advance of absence from the studio or request for suspension, to avoid delays or additional charges.
