Mat Pilates ALL LEVELS

This is an open Mat Pilates class for people of all abilities.  With focus on the core body, Pilates will support improvements in flexibility and strength, working with your present state to develop control and a mindful connection to the body.  This class will leave you feeling long and strong!

Our Mat Pilates classes include the use of props to assist or enhance the development of core stability and movement.

IndoRow

Indo-Row® provides a TRANSFORMATIVE total-body workout that challenges the body and focuses the mind.  It is designed specifically for first-time rowers, no experience is necessary! Using the Water Rower burns calories, sculpts muscle during a fun interval workout in a uniquely motivating, team-oriented fitness environment.

Kind to the body – a seated activity, rowing removes the body weight and impact from the injury prone joints of the hips, knees and ankles.

Full-body Functionality – rowing incorporates posture-improving movements of the leg press, hip hinge and upper-body rowing motion; these exercises are essential for enhancing core strength while maximizing flexibility and range of motion.

CARDIO/CONDITIONING/STRENGTH

EnduranceROW

Suitable for those who have taken Indo-Row®, EnduranceROW is for those looking to challenging themselves with long distance cardio training.

Learn how to manage your inner fuel tank, build strength and stamina, and overcome the mental and emotional barriers that prevent you from going further, pushing harder and stepping outside of your comfort zone.

Class is limited to 8 participants.

CARDIO/ENDURANCE/CONDITIONING

Pilates with Pull

This hour long fusion class offers 40 minutes of Mat Pilates followed by 15 minutes of rowing. Warm up your body and core in ways that support what you need to enjoy an incredible Water Row experience. This class will leave you feeling LONG & LEAN and begging for more!

R.P.M. - Rowing and Pilates Merged

Cardio and conditioning combined! At Núcleo we want everyone feeling sculpted, long, lean and their very best.

This hour long class will have you moving through sequences on and off the Rower/Mat working between pulling - getting your heart rate up, and Pilates exercises - utilizing activities that stabilize muscles and joints.

Row n’ Flow

This 75 min fusion class begins with a 30-minute Row followed by a 45-minute Vinyasa Yoga class.

YouthROW

This class is designed specifically for youth aged 10-18. Rowing is a great cross training activity to support all other endeavours! Join your peers in a challenging and fun rowing class that will work your cardio, strength and stamina.

Classes are limited to 8 participants.

TeamCORE

TeamCORE is a collaborative work out in which you will work in pairs with one person on the rower and one person on the mat, switching back and forth between Rowing and Pilates.

Sweat & Sculpt

Looking to tone your arms, lift your bootie, strengthen your legs, while still attacking those deep core muscles - benefit from this total body workout that will have you moving your feet, squatting, jumping, lunging, and pumping maximum blood and oxygen inbetween pilates mat sets.   You will feel the burn, as you sweat it out in this fun class, where no two days will ever be the same.

A great class for working out with a friend.  Suitable for all levels.

TONE/CARDIO/PLYOMETRICS/PILATES/STRENGTH/POWER  

Mat/Barre Fusion

With a focus on postural strength and alignment this class combines the core stabilizing benefits of Pilates with the muscle toning effects of Ballet Barre which emphasizes movement and strength in the lower body. This class will have your abs and glutes working hard and in harmony!

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga supports and stimulates the nervous system and connection with your body in a way that promotes relaxation, stress relief and overall well-being. Using longer holds with all poses, this class will utilize a variety of props to fully support the body so that you can let go and experience true bliss.

Suitable for all levels. Great for those with injuries, limitations or conditions that require movement modifications.
